Acquisition Bias
Chasing new clients keeps you busy but flat; growing the clients you already have is what actually adds money.

The mechanism
The chart puts two cards side by side. The left card signs 15 brand-new clients, spends a lot to get them, and ends the year with almost no extra money because most of them leave. The right card grows just 3 clients it already had, spends almost nothing, and adds 40 to 60 percent more. Winning new logos over and over resets you to zero, while deepening trusted relationships keeps stacking up.
Part of Persistence. Infrastructure that keeps growth compounding past founder heroics.
