The mechanism
The chart is a four-box grid. Left to right is how good the team is with AI; bottom to top is how much senior experience it has. Only the top-right box, where seasoned judgment meets strong AI skills, is the one clients pay extra for; the other three either look busy or ship the wrong thing fast. AI skill by itself is easy to copy, so the real edge is the experienced person deciding what to point it at.
