The chart is one long bar split into three stretches of time: months 1 to 3, 3 to 6, and 6 to 12. A red dotted line marks month 3, where most agencies stop. But the real money signals, like better close rates and bigger deals, only show up in the last stretch, past the point where the quitters already left. Pulling out early means never seeing the payoff you were one month away from.
