The mechanism

The chart is a rising staircase of five rungs, from "mention it on the homepage" up to "the team can't even service off-fit work." A line splits it into a lower "tagline zone," where the niche is just words and never builds, and a higher "structural zone," where it starts to pay off. Most agencies stall on rung two, because saying no to work feels reckless until it becomes survival.
