The Continuity Audit
Whether your agency can run without you is decided by everyday systems, long before any emergency puts them to the test.

The mechanism
A grid scores five parts of the business - operations, client relationships, money decisions, the sales pipeline, and who gets to decide - against four questions: is it written down, shared with others, owned by someone other than the founder, and tested. Green check marks are rare, and most cells are half-gold or red X's, adding up to a low continuity score of 7 out of 20. Being the person who holds it all together feels like control, but the only version that survives your absence is the one where the work is written down and handed off.
Part of Persistence. Infrastructure that keeps growth compounding past founder heroics.
