The mechanism

The chart is a falling line: how easily your best-fit buyers can find you, dropping month by month when you don't publish. Notes along the way tell the story - the project ends, the client is thrilled, but the win lives in one inbox, while a competitor writes twelve posts on the same problem and starts ranking. By month twelve, when a prospect goes looking for help, they find three agencies and you're not one of them. The work was real; the silence erased it.

Part of Publishing. Credibility and demand before the sales conversation.
