The Two Ceilings
Two very different problems can produce the exact same flat revenue, so the same plateau needs opposite fixes.

The mechanism
The chart starts from one shared symptom - flat revenue for two years or more - and splits into two opposite causes. On the left, a "demand ceiling": you have room to take work but can't fill it, shown by most clients coming from referrals and a homepage that looks like everyone else's; the fix is positioning and getting known. On the right, a "delivery ceiling": you have demand but can't scale the work, shown by being fully booked with a backlog and quality slipping with each hire; the fix is delegating and tightening process. Picking the wrong fix burns six to twelve months and makes the other ceiling worse.
