Their Words, Not Yours
The words that make buyers say yes are the ones they already use for their problem, found in your own call recordings, not invented in a headline.

The mechanism
The chart lays out three steps as a stack of boxes. Step one: pull your last 20 to 30 sales-call recordings. Step two: find the exact phrases prospects use for their problem before you restate it. Step three: put those phrases on your website where the clever headline used to be. A side panel shows the contrast: your version, "lacked a scalable acquisition system," versus the client's version, "every good month I'm terrified the next one's dead." Buyers recognize their own words, so borrowing their language beats polishing your own.
Part of Positioning. Who you are for and why you are the obvious choice.
