Where the Hundred Conversations Went
Deals don't die when someone says no - they die in the silence after nobody follows up.

The mechanism
The chart follows 100 first conversations as they spill out at four leaks and narrow down to 3 clients. The biggest leak, 45 of them, is simply "never followed up" - more than the ones that drifted away, got ghosted after a proposal, or were lost on price combined. A note points out that none of these were lost to a competitor; they were lost to the founder's own inbox. The work that saves the most deals costs nothing but showing back up.
Part of Persistence. Infrastructure that keeps growth compounding past founder heroics.
