The mechanism
The chart tracks money earned per employee over five years for two equally skilled agencies. The dark line, which packages its expertise into a repeatable offer, climbs steadily; the red line, which keeps every job fully custom, stays almost flat. By year five there is an $80K-per-person gap between them, even though the skill is identical. Being good at the work isn't what pays - turning that work into something repeatable is.
Part of Productization. How you package and price the work.
