The mechanism

The chart is a left-to-right strip that runs from low-change work on the green end to high-change work on the red end. On the green end sit things like audits, assessments, and reviews, where the problems repeat and you can see the scope up front. On the red end sit custom builds and integrations, where every job is new. A green arrow points to the low-change end and says this is where a set package holds, while a red arrow points the other way and shows where agencies actually try to package, so the work keeps growing past the price. Sell a fixed package for the steady, repeatable work, not for the builds that never look the same twice.

Part of Productization. How you package and price the work.
