The Entry Offer Test
An entry offer that only hands over findings ends the relationship, while one that hands over something the client can use opens the next project.

The mechanism
The chart starts from one box - "same research, same insight" - and splits into two paths. The top path, in red, is a findings-only offer: the client reads the report and there is nothing after it. The bottom path, in green, is the same work plus something the client can actually use, and it branches into three more pieces of work you never had to sell. When your first deliverable is a report, the buyer's question gets answered and the work stops; when it's a built thing they put to use, it opens the door to what comes next.
