The Niche-to-Product Matrix
A packaged offer only holds when you're clear about who it's for and your delivery repeats without the founder; most agencies have one but not both.

The mechanism
The chart is a four-box grid. Left to right is how clear your niche is; bottom to top is how repeatable your delivery is. The bottom-left box is Custom Chaos, where every job differs. The top-left is the Founder Trap, where the process is written down but anyone with a budget can buy it. The bottom-right is the Credibility Gap, where the position is sharp but delivery still needs the founder. Only the top-right box, high on both, is truly packageable. A niche without a repeatable process, or a process with no clear buyer, each fall apart; a real product needs both at once.
