The mechanism

The chart is a narrowing funnel. All services start at 100%; a repeatability gate cuts it to about 65%, a scope-clarity gate drops it to about 30%, a standards gate to 15%, and a value-timing gate to about 8%. The biggest loss is the sharp neck at scope clarity - if it takes three discovery calls to quote the work, it isn't ready. What survives all four gates, like audits and assessments, are the only real candidates to sell as a fixed, repeatable offer.
