The mechanism

The chart stacks two rows of proposal steps. The top row is what most agencies do - scope, timeline, then the price, then "let me know if you have questions" - so the price shows up before the client has any reason to care. The bottom row leads with the client's situation and what will change, agrees the work, and only then names the same price, ending with a clear next step and a date. Move the price to after the value is agreed and it reads as worth it.
